Our offices remain open.  We are now back to seeing the majority of patients in person in our clinics.  We are offering Televists on a limited basis depending on circumstances.

We believe in a team approach and collaborate closely with the most reputable spine surgeons, orthopedists, neurologists, physical therapists, and other providers in our communities.

Our experienced, caring team includes board certified specialists with residency and fellowship training in anesthesia and pain management. Our team also includes certified physician assistants with extensive expertise in pain management.

Welcome Jennifer Hinchley MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Hinchley MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Chamberlain University where she graduated with honors, Magna cum laude.

Jennifer has over eight years of nursing experience in various settings including the emergency room, immediate care center, oncology, and pediatrics. After furthering her career by obtaining an advanced degree as a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked within the orthopedic and spine specialties before joining the team at Gateway. She also enjoys teaching and mentoring in her role as a Clinical Professor at Chamberlain University.


Welcome Dr. Mary C. Leemputte 

Dr. Leemputte is double board eligible in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  Originally from the Chicago area, she went on to further her education and training at the most prestigious institutions in the country including Princeton, Georgetown, Northwestern, and Harvard.  Dr. Leemputte brings her wealth of education and clinical experience to serve the community as a pain specialist with Gateway Spine & Pain Physicians.
